We support individuals and families participating in CDC+, the self-directed option under the iBudget Waiver. CDC+ gives clients the flexibility to hire, train, and manage their own caregivers — including family members. Our team is here to assist with coordination, paperwork, and training, ensuring that your loved one receives the care they need on their own terms.

For individuals who do not qualify for the Medicaid waiver or who prefer to bypass the waiting list, we offer services through private pay and insurance.
