Personal Support Services provide non-medical assistance and training to individuals with activities of daily living. These activities may include eating, bathing, dressing, grooming, personal hygiene, medication administration, light house cleaning, laundry and linen care, grocery shopping, attending appointments, meal planning, and meal preparation.

Life Skills Development, accompanied by a companion, is designed to help individuals acquire essential daily living skills and increase independence. The program includes non-medical care and socialization activities. Participants may be accompanied to social outings either on a one-to-one basis or in small groups of up to three adults.

Respite care provides short-term relief for primary family caregivers, giving them time to rest, travel, or spend time with other family and friends. The care may last anywhere from a few hours to several weeks at a time. Respite care can take place at home, in a health care facility, or at an adult day care center.
