Our Story

Toni Saint-Levon, founder and CEO of St. Levon Haven, LLC, is driven by a calling to uplift and empower individuals with disabilities to live lives of independence, dignity, and purpose. Her passion is rooted in both professional experience and a personal journey of care.

Toni has over six years of experience in healthcare and homecare, serving in direct care and leadership roles such as Direct Support Professional, Client Specialist, Supervisor, and Human Resources Coordinator for persons with disabilities. Her work spans group homes, community-based, and personal supports, giving her a well-rounded understanding of the diverse needs of individuals with developmental and mental health challenges.

Her journey became deeply personal when she cared for a loved one with complex mental health needs. Witnessing firsthand how heavy and isolating the burden was for him inspired her to help carry that weight—deepening her empathy and strengthening her commitment to providing compassionate, whole-person care that addresses physical, emotional, and spiritual needs.

St. Levon Haven was born from that vision—not just as a care provider, but as a place of refuge, growth, and faith-rooted empowerment. Toni’s mission is to ensure that every person feels seen, supported, and equipped to live fully with heart—embracing strength, dignity, and hope.

The name “Lev-on” comes from the Hebrew word lev (לב), meaning heart—the center of life, love, and spirit. To “Lev-on” means to live fully, with courage, purpose, and grace, even in the face of hardship.
