Our Story
Tonia St. Levon, Owner and Executive Director of St. Levon Haven, LLC is driven by a calling to uplift and empower individuals with disabilities to live lives of independence, dignity, and purpose.
Her passion is rooted in both professional experience and personal journey. With over six years in healthcare and homecare — including roles in direct care, human services, and leadership — Toni has supported individuals with developmental and mental health challenges across group homes, community-based settings, and personal supports.
Her mission deepened when she cared for a loved one with complex mental health needs. Carrying his burden opened her heart to the emotional and spiritual weight that many individuals and families face — and gave birth to the vision for St. Levon Haven: not just a care agency, but a faith-rooted haven of healing and hope.
Why “Lev-On”?
To Lev-on is to live fully, with heart, even in life’s hardest moments.
It’s a calling to rise in faith, with dignity, purpose, and peace.
This name also echoes Christ’s humble entry into Jerusalem on a donkey — a symbol of heart, service, peace, and willingness to carry the burdens of others.
We see our work the same way: walking with clients in quiet strength, meeting body, mind, and spirit with love and care.
We’re here to walk beside you and your loved ones—bringing holistic care, compassion, and Christlike love every step of the way.
Our Mission
To deliver reliable, personal, and spiritually grounded care that ensures every client feels seen, supported, and valued.
We believe healing and dignity are possible through community, compassion, and Christlike service.
By sharing the weight of care, we create space for renewal, peace, and purpose in our clients’ lives.
Our Pillars
Faith. Freedom. Compassion. Support.
Faith — Confidence in one’s identity and worth
Freedom — Peace and stability in daily life
Compassion — Gentle presence through every challenge
Support — Strength and structure for the journey ahead
Rooted in these values, we empower every person to live with peace, dignity, and heart.
What Makes Us Different
At St. Levon Haven, we don’t just provide support and care — we create a haven.
A space where:
Inclusion is practiced daily
Trauma is met with tenderness
Disability is not a limitation, but a bridge to deeper connection
Here, every person is seen, celebrated, and supported.
Here, care is sacred, and every soul is empowered to truly Lev-on.
