Our Story

Antonia “Toni” Saint-Levon, founder and CEO of St. Levon Haven, LLC, is driven by a calling to uplift and empower individuals with disabilities to live lives of independence, dignity, and purpose. Her passion is rooted in both professional experience and a personal journey of care.

Toni has spent over six years in healthcare and homecare, serving in roles such as Direct Support Professional, Administrative Assistant, Operations Coordinator, HR Coordinator, and Office Manager. Her experience includes working in group homes and supporting individuals with a wide range of developmental and mental health needs, including intellectual disabilities, cerebral palsy, autism, schizophrenia, and bipolar disorder.

This work became deeply personal as Toni cared for a loved one with complex mental health needs. Through that journey, she developed a unique understanding of the emotional, physical, and spiritual challenges faced by so many—fostering a deep empathy and drive to serve.

St. Levon Haven was born from that vision—not just as a care provider, but as a place of refuge, growth, and faith-rooted empowerment. Toni’s mission is to ensure that every person feels seen, supported, and equipped to live with confidence and joy.

Even in life’s hardest moments, every person deserves to be treated with dignity and compassion. At St. Levon Haven, we are honored to walk alongside each individual and family—not just delivering services, but offering hope, connection, and care for the whole person.

The name “Lev-on” comes from the Hebrew word lev, meaning heart, and is often associated with life, love, and spirit. To “lev-on” means to live fully—with purpose, dignity, and vitality—no matter the challenges one faces.

At St. Levon Haven, we believe that everyone can move forward in life with strength and grace, supported by a community grounded in love, faith, and unwavering belief in human potential.
