Our Process
At St. Levon Haven, our goal is to help clients with disabilities secure safe, stable, and accessible housing by connecting them directly with property owners who are open to inclusive leasing.
Here’s what the process looks like:
Property Owner Submits Information
Property owners with available homes complete our interest form or reach out via email. This allows us to learn basic details about the property, including location, layout, accessibility features, rental terms, and availability.
4. Direct Connection Between Owner & Client
St. Levon Haven facilitates an introduction between the property owner and the client. All lease agreements are made directly between the property owner and tenant—we do not act as the landlord.
2. Initial Review & Fit Assessment
We review the property to determine whether it aligns with the needs of our clients, such as accessibility, safety, proximity to community resources, and transportation considerations..
5. Ongoing Support for Clients
While we are not part of the lease, St. Levon Haven continues to provide homecare and supportive services to help clients maintain independence, stability, and successful tenancy.
3. Client Matching
When a property appears to be a good fit, we match it with clients whose needs, preferences, and support plans align with the home. Clients are always involved in the decision-making process.
6. Open Communication
With appropriate consent, we remain available to support positive communication and long-term housing success for both clients and property owners.
Complete the form below.
If you’re a property owner interested in leasing to supported tenants, we’d love to hear from you.
