CDC+
We provide CDC+ services through a program under Florida’s Agency for Persons with Disabilities (APD) that empowers individuals with developmental disabilities to self-direct their care. This program gives participants the flexibility to choose their own providers and manage a monthly budget to meet their unique needs, promoting independence, control, and personalized support.

Personal Supports
Personal Supports provide hands-on assistance for individuals with developmental disabilities with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, eating, mobility, toileting, and other routines. These services help clients to maintain personal hygiene, safety, and independence while promoting comfort and well-being in their home.
-

Companion Services
Companion Services provide supervision, social interaction, and support for daily routines, helping individuals with developmental disabilities participate in community activities, stay safe, and maintain independence—without performing personal care tasks.
-

Respite Care Services
Respite care provides short-term relief for primary family caregivers, giving them time to rest, travel, or spend time with other family and friends. The care may last anywhere from a few hours to several weeks at a time. Respite care can take place at home, in a health care facility, or at an adult day care center.

Homemaker Services
Homemaker Services assist individuals with developmental disabilities by providing support with light housekeeping, meal preparation, laundry, and other household tasks. These services help maintain a safe, clean, and organized home environment, allowing participants to live more independently and comfortably.
