How It Works:

1. Refer a Candidate
Know someone who would be a great fit for one of our open positions? Refer them to us through your personal or professional network — we value your recommendations!

2. They Get Hired
If your referral is hired and successfully completes their 90-day probationary period — without any unexcused absences or call-outs (with exceptions made for emergencies) — you’ll receive a special referral reward as our thank-you.

3. Celebrate Success
We’ll recognize and celebrate your contribution to building a strong, compassionate team.

How It Works:

Refer a Client:
Know someone who could benefit from our services? Whether you're a staff member, a family friend, or part of the community, you can refer a potential client or their guardian to St. Levon Haven.

They Enroll with Us:
Once the referred individual or their guardian chooses St. Levon Haven as the consumer’s provider, and the intake process is successfully completed, you’ll receive a $200 referral reward as our way of saying thank you.
